If the interview is positive, the operator sends the guest a WhatsApp message with the review link to the platform you choose. Sending the link only to satisfied guests results in a rapid increase in positive reviews!
If the guest is not satisfied, the operator listens, allows them to express themselves freely, and apologizes on behalf of the property. When applicable, they also send a discount coupon via WhatsApp or email to encourage a future stay. This approach significantly reduces the likelihood that a negative review will be posted online.
